Airport officials attribute the growth to a combination of expanded domestic route offerings, new international service additions, and continued strong leisure and business travel demand tied to the region's overall economic growth. "Every additional route is also additional jobs and additional spending in the surrounding area," said airport spokesperson Regina Aldous.
